About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Programme / Project Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic HR Technology initiatives within a large-scale HR Transformation programme. This role requires strong programme governance expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes and technology platforms.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple interconnected projects, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors, while coordinating delivery across additional technologies including AI solutions, automation platforms, document management systems, and workflow tools. The role involves working with international teams across different time zones and partnering closely with senior business leaders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple HR Technology projects and workstreams.

• Create and maintain programme plans, timelines, and milestones.

• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs.

• Coordinate delivery teams and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Lead project meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications.

• Work with HR and business leaders on change management and adoption activities.

• Support HR Transformation initiatives across different programmes.

• Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership and steering committees.

• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Work with global teams across different time zones.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager in large transformation programmes.

• Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR data.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, OpenText/PowerDocs, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience managing cross-functional and technical delivery teams.

• Ability to drive change management and user adoption initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.

• Previous experience in HR Technology or HR Transformation programmes.
