Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Functional Consultant (Process Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing & MES)
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Functional Consultant with expertise in Process Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design future-state processes, configure Oracle Fusion solutions, and support end-to-end implementation programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead stakeholder discussions, discovery workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
· Analyze current business processes and conduct fit-gap assessments against Oracle Fusion capabilities.
· Design future-state manufacturing processes and create process flow diagrams.
· Configure and demonstrate Oracle Fusion Manufacturing solutions, including proof-of-concepts and product demos.
Functional Expertise
· Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud
· Process Manufacturing (Recipes, Formula Management, Batch Production, Yield Management)
· Discrete Manufacturing (Work Definitions, Work Orders, Resource & Shop Floor Management)
· Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
· Inventory Management
· Product Information Management (PIM)
· Quality Management
· Cost Management and Supply Planning
Required Skills
· Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
· Experience conducting requirement gathering, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
· Ability to create future-state process models and workflow diagrams using Visio.
· Hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration and solution demonstration experience.
· Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience
· 10+ years of Oracle Manufacturing consulting experience.
· Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM/Manufacturing implementations.
· Experience in manufacturing transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Preferred Profile: A business-focused Oracle Manufacturing Consultant capable of engaging senior stakeholders, designing optimized manufacturing processes, configuring Oracle Fusion Manufacturing & MES solutions, and driving successful digital transformation initiatives.
