Job Summary
We are looking for a .NET Developer to provide application support for business critical applications. The role involves incident management root cause analysis and close coordination with L3 and development teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
Responsibilities
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Strong experience in .NET
Hands-on with SQL (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Experience with Linux/Unix commands
Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat WebLogic WebSphere)
Familiarity with log analysis tools (Splunk ELK AppDynamics etc.)
Experience in Incident Problem and Change Management
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills (English mandatory Spanish preferred)
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Team player with a proactive attitude
