We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end‑to‑end design and development of enterprise applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend) technologies
· Own application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
· Drive technical decision‑making, code standards, and best practices across full‑stack development
· Review and approve high‑level designs, detailed designs, and complex code changes
· Mentor and guide senior and junior developers; provide technical leadership during delivery and production support
· Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Oversee integration with third‑party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms
· Lead modernization initiatives including legacy transformation, cloud enablement, and performance optimization
· Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, compliance requirements, and enterprise governance
· Provide technical oversight during incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements
· Contribute to estimation, solutioning, risk identification, and delivery planning
· Skills & Experience
Qualifications
· 15+ years of overall experience in enterprise application development
· Strong hands‑on expertise in Java (Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful services)
· Strong hands‑on experience in Angular (Angular 10+, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3)
· Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Developer in large‑scale programs
· Experience in end‑to‑end full stack development, including backend, frontend, and integration layers
