About the role

As a Senior Facets Product Specialist – G6 AWS Implementation, you will make an impact by supporting the hands‑on setup, configuration, and validation of TriZetto Facets G6 environments deployed on AWS. This role focuses on executing Facets G6 implementation activities, including environment build‑out, region creation, and readiness for system testing and go‑live.

You will be a valued member of the implementation team, working under the guidance of a Lead or Architect to ensure Facets G6 environments are built accurately, validated thoroughly, and aligned with established implementation standards.

This is a remote position, open to qualified applicants.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute Facets G6 environment build activities on AWS, including EKS‑based deployments
  • Perform Facets region creation, redeployment, and validation in support of new implementations
  • Configure and validate Facets Task Controller on AWS‑hosted Windows environments
  • Support setup and validation of core Facets G6 components, including services, batch engines, and interactive components
  • Assist in ensuring environment readiness across DEV, SIT, UAT, PERF, and PROD environments
  • Perform implementation validation activities, including service checks, batch execution validation, and runtime verification
  • Support testing teams by validating Facets behavior across implementation scenarios
  • Identify, document, and escalate configuration issues or gaps for resolution
  • Use command‑line tools such as kubectl, AWS CLI, and PowerShell (pwsh) to execute implementation and validation tasks
  • Follow established implementation scripts, runbooks, and standards
  • Collaborate with Lead Product Consultants, cloud engineers, and DevOps teams during build and readiness activities
  • Document implementation steps, findings, and handover details to support transition to testing and operations teams

What you need to have to be considered

  • 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare IT environments
  • Hands‑on experience with TriZetto Facets, with exposure to G6 strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting AWS‑hosted platforms; AWS EKS experience preferred
  • Strong command‑line experience in enterprise environments
  • Hands‑on experience using kubectl for Kubernetes‑based application validation
  • Working experience with PowerShell (pwsh) in Windows environments
  • Understanding of Facets architecture concepts, including regions, batch execution, and runtime services
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute structured implementation tasks consistently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

These will help you stand out

  • Prior experience supporting Facets G6 implementations on AWS
  • Exposure to Kubernetes‑based deployments and validation activities
  • Experience supporting implementation validation, cutover preparation, or go‑live readiness
  • Background as a Facets Configuration Analyst, Product Specialist, or Implementation Consultant
  • Willingness and ability to grow into lead‑level responsibilities

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
