NCino Business Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nCino Bank Operation system, loan origination, procession, Salesforce, and business system analyst. This role involves working with line of business, product owners, SMEs to identify and document business processes, convert business requirements into technical requirements. The candidate should have experience in working in Agile methodology.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with line of business, and product owners

· Collaborate with development team to convert business requirements to actionable user stories

· Create use cases and provide team based resolutions for Salesforce and integrated applications

· Participate in SIT, UAT and validations in production

· Administer and collaborate on the reports and dashboards module for business sales and nCino teams

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000– $ 110,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
