Job Summary
Serve as a Delmia Apriso senior dev consultant within a hybrid work model focusing on manufacturing execution systems validation automated and manual testing and Critical Manufacturing MES integration across L2 to L4 layers. Apply domain knowledge generative artificial intelligence techniques and Selenium C sharp to enhance product quality streamline production workflows and deliver reliable digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and value for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end MES validation activities by planning designing and executing detailed functional and nonfunctional tests that ensure robust behavior of Critical Manufacturing MES in complex production environments.
- Coordinate MES validation work across automated and manual testing streams to provide comprehensive coverage for core workflows interfaces and configurations that directly support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium C sharp frameworks to increase regression coverage reduce execution time and provide rapid feedback on product health for each release cycle.
- Design and execute manual test scenarios for edge cases exploratory checks and user acceptance flows that cannot be fully validated through automation and are essential for safe production usage.
- Analyze MES behavior across L2 L3 and L4 integration layers by reviewing logs interface messages and process data in order to identify defects integration gaps and performance bottlenecks that impact shop floor reliability.
- Collaborate closely with architects developers and business stakeholders to translate manufacturing execution requirements into precise test conditions that protect critical production processes and quality metrics.
- Apply generative artificial intelligence techniques to generate intelligent test data sets refine test case design and detect anomalous patterns in MES transaction logs that might indicate hidden defects or configuration issues.
- Document clear and reproducible defects track them through resolution and validate fixes to maintain a stable MES baseline that supports continuous manufacturing and minimizes unplanned downtime.
- Optimize test environments by coordinating data refresh configuration alignment and interface stubs so that validation results accurately reflect real world manufacturing execution scenarios.
- Provide guidance to peers on MES domain concepts Critical Manufacturing configuration options and best practices in automated testing so that the broader team can deliver consistent and high quality validation outcomes.
- Engage with operations and quality teams to understand real production incidents convert them into regression tests and thereby prevent recurrence of issues that could affect product quality or throughput.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by measuring test effectiveness refining automation frameworks and proposing enhancements that strengthen product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all validation deliverables including test plans scripts and reports comply with organizational standards regulatory expectations and client specific documentation requirements for manufacturing systems.
Qualifications
- Leverage extensive experience in manufacturing execution systems to interpret shop floor workflows material tracking rules and quality checkpoints thereby creating validation scenarios that reflect realistic production conditions.
- Use advanced expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES to configure test cases navigate complex modules and validate end to end flows that connect equipment operators and higher level planning systems.
- Apply strong skills in MES validation and automated testing to design maintainable automation frameworks select appropriate test design techniques and ensure scalable coverage across multiple releases.
- Employ proficiency in MES validation and manual testing to handle nuanced functional checks usability aspects and corner cases where human judgment is essential for accurate assessment.
- Utilize deep understanding of L2 L3 and L4 integration principles to verify message flows data consistency and transaction sequencing between MES and surrounding systems such as equipment controllers and enterprise applications.
- Use strong Selenium C sharp knowledge to script reliable automated tests integrate them into continuous integration pipelines and analyze execution results for quick defect isolation.
- Apply domain knowledge of manufacturing execution system processes to align validation priorities with business critical production quality and traceability objectives that matter to clients and end consumers.
- Harness generative artificial intelligence familiarity to prototype intelligent assistants test data generators or analytics driven checks that complement traditional validation methods and increase defect discovery rates.
- Demonstrate experience in hybrid work models by collaborating effectively through digital tools maintaining clear documentation and ensuring that onsite and remote stakeholders share a consistent view of product quality.
- Utilize communication and collaboration skills to present validation findings explain risks and recommend mitigation actions in a concise manner that enables timely decision making by project teams and client representatives.
- Apply problem solving abilities to
