Role Summary:
Senior Business Analyst supporting the CMC instrument integration program, working across Laboratory Informatics platforms and scientific operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as primary BA for Liquid Chromatography (LC) instrument integration — instruments running on Empower and Unicorn systems
• Map and document end-to-end process flows: laboratory instruments (Empower / Unicorn) → TetraScience data pipeline → Benchling ELN
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with scientists and produce detailed User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore development teams to validate URS prior to build
• Support testing cycles — dry runs, UAT, and production deployment
• Document data harmonisation and metadata requirements across the TetraScience pipeline
• Act as liaison between client scientists, TetraScience, and Cognizant delivery teams
• Contribute to instrument onboarding playbooks and process improvement

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000 - $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
