b. Be a Trusted Advisor to Clients
• Engage client stakeholders—from HR and L&D leaders to Chief People Officers and business unit executives—as a strategic peer, not a vendor.

• Design and co-develop tailored solutions that address clients' most complex learning and talent development challenges, drawing on the full breadth of Learning Services’ capabilities.
• Maintain deep, enduring client relationships that evolve beyond the initial engagement into long-term strategic partnerships.
c. Collaborate Across Cognizant
• Partner closely with Cognizant's vertical industry leaders, client account teams, and technology practices to identify cross-sell and integrated solution opportunities.
• Work hand-in-hand with Learning Services’ delivery, practice, and solution design teams to develop winning proposals and ensure seamless transition from sale to execution.
• Serve as the voice of the client internally shaping how Learning Services evolves its offerings, go-to-market approach, and thought leadership agenda.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and shared success, bringing intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset to every internal interaction.
