Job Summary

Consulting analyst position in a global organization that focuses on delivering robust digital solutions using Python Java Sprint Boot or Net Angular and React within a hybrid work model. The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to design and enhance scalable applications that support critical business processes while ensuring quality security and long term maintainability.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consulting teams to analyze client business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions using Python and Java Sprint Boot or Net within a hybrid work environment.
  • Design modular application components that integrate front end technologies such as Angular and React with secure and efficient backend services built in Python or Java to support complex enterprise workflows.
  • Develop clean maintainable and well structured code that adheres to organizational engineering standards and supports long term evolution of client platforms.
  • Implement robust integration patterns between microservices and existing enterprise systems to ensure consistent data flows and reliable interactions across business domains.
  • Optimize application performance by profiling bottlenecks tuning database interactions and refining service logic to deliver responsive and efficient user experiences.
  • Conduct unit testing integration testing and functional validation to ensure that newly delivered features align with acceptance criteria and comply with quality standards.
  • Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to refine requirements clarify technical constraints and ensure that delivered solutions meet expected consulting outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation that explains solution architecture data flows configuration details and operational procedures to support smooth handover and ongoing maintenance.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies by planning tasks estimating effort and reporting progress to keep delivery timelines transparent and predictable for consulting engagements.
  • Assist in identifying technical risks and proposing mitigation approaches that protect project timelines service reliability and client satisfaction in a consulting context.
  • Support migration and modernization initiatives by refactoring legacy components into contemporary architectures that leverage Python Java and modern web frameworks.
  • Contribute to code reviews by providing constructive feedback identifying defects and ensuring alignment with secure coding practices across the consulting team.
  • Engage with platform operations teams to support deployment configuration and monitoring activities ensuring that hybrid working arrangements do not impact service stability.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelors degree in computer science information technology engineering or a closely related discipline with at least five years of hands on software development experience.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python including experience building reusable components integrating with external services and implementing automated tests.
  • Show advanced experience in Java and Sprint Boot or Net frameworks with a focus on building secure scalable and fault tolerant backend services.
  • Exhibit practical experience with Angular and React for developing responsive accessible and maintainable single page applications in enterprise settings.
  • Apply sound knowledge of object oriented design principles design patterns and clean code practices to produce solutions that are easy to extend and troubleshoot.
  • Display familiarity with agile delivery methods including backlog refinement sprint execution and continuous integration practices commonly used in consulting projects.
  • Utilize experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows to coordinate work efficiently in hybrid teams.
  • Showcase strong analytical and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders and to collaborate effectively with cross functional consulting partners.

    • Certifications Required

    Any one of the following certifications is preferred AWS Developer Associate Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate or Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer
