1. Job Title : Infra Dev Specialist 2. Job Summary : Infra Dev Specialist will design and enhance enterprise automation and service management capabilities using ServiceNow ITSM ITAM ITOM NowAssist and Virtual Agent Agentic AI Automation Integration Visual Basic RPA Integrations. The role focuses on building resilient workflows optimizing operations and enabling agentic AI driven service experiences in a hybrid work model ensuring reliable day time support without travel. 3. Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable automation solutions using ServiceNow RPA that streamline infrastructure operations and reduce repetitive manual tasks for global business functions. - Configure and optimize ServiceNow Platform Foundation components to ensure robust data models efficient workflows and consistent user experiences across multiple technology domains. - Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM processes such as incident problem and change management to improve service quality response times and operational transparency for stakeholders. - Implement and refine ServiceNow ITOM capabilities to monitor services automate remediation and maintain accurate visibility into infrastructure health and performance across environments. - Manage and improve ServiceNow ITAM implementations to track assets control lifecycle processes and support cost optimization initiatives aligned with company governance standards. - Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications and tools using appropriate connectors and APIs to achieve seamless data exchange and unified service views. - Configure and support agentic AI capabilities on ServiceNow to enable intelligent routing automated resolution suggestions and context aware virtual agents that enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to capture requirements validate designs and ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business priorities and compliance needs. - Troubleshoot complex issues across ServiceNow RPA platform modules and integrations implementing sustainable fixes that improve system reliability and reduce service disruptions. - Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations automation workflows and integration mappings to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements. - Analyze operational metrics and user feedback from ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted optimization initiatives. - Support smooth day shift operations by proactively monitoring critical workflows responding to service requests and ensuring stable platform performance for internal and external users. - Contribute to organizational goals by delivering resilient ServiceNow automation and service management solutions that improve efficiency reduce risk and positively impact society through reliable digital services. -Qualifications - Demonstrate strong hands on experience in ServiceNow RPA by designing deploying and maintaining automation workflows that handle complex infrastructure and service operations. - Possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Foundation including configuration management form design workflow orchestration and role based access to ensure secure and efficient usage. - Apply advanced skills in ServiceNow ITSM modules to configure incident problem change and request processes that align with industry best practices and organizational standards. - Utilize practical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM to design service maps event management rules and operational dashboards that provide actionable insights into infrastructure performance. - Bring proven experience in ServiceNow ITAM to implement asset tracking inventory controls and lifecycle management practices that support financial accountability and compliance. - Use strong ServiceNow integration capabilities to connect the platform with monitoring tools HR systems ERP applications and messaging services for unified and automated service flows. - Exhibit familiarity with agentic AI features on ServiceNow including virtual agents predictive intelligence and automated decision support to design intelligent service experiences. 9.
