About the Role
As a System Administrator, you will make an impact by taking ownership of enterprise Windows & Red Hat Linux platforms, ensuring seamless access services, and safeguarding the systems that business operations depend on every day. You will be a valued member of the Infrastructure team and work collaboratively with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to maintain the health, security, and resilience of core enterprise infrastructure.
In This Role, You Will:
Monitor and resolve platform health issues to ensure system consistency and availability.
Troubleshoot authentication failures and related access issues across enterprise systems.
Respond to and remediate large-scale outages impacting multiple systems and services.
Diagnose and fix service failures, including performance degradation and resource constraints.
Maintain system integrity, manage policy changes, and execute regular health checks across enterprise servers and supporting infrastructure.
Maintain and continuously update documentation covering system dependencies and integrations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to resolve complex, cross-domain incidents.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
5+ years of experience in Windows & Red Hat Linux administration.
Strong expertise in enterprise directory services and related administration.
Solid understanding of authentication protocols and access delegation.
Hands-on experience with enterprise policy and configuration management tools.
Working knowledge of certificate and public key infrastructure (PKI) management.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise server administration across common operating systems.
Proficiency in scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex identity and system-level issues in enterprise environments.
These Will Help You Stand Out
Experience managing large-scale, multi-site enterprise environments.
Exposure to hybrid identity setups or integration with cloud identity providers.
Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools.
Strong background in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and structured operational processes.
