Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days

Job Summary

This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud for industrial manufacturing clients enabling advanced customer data integration segmentation and analytics. The professional will apply five to nine years of experience to deliver robust configurations quality code and data models that improve decision making and operational efficiency while aligning with enterprise standards and contributing to sustainable business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that consolidate customer and operational data to support advanced analytics and informed decision making across the enterprise.
  • Develop and optimize data models and mappings in Salesforce Data Cloud that reflect complex industrial manufacturing processes and enable precise segmentation and personalization.
  • Configure data ingestion pipelines and transformations in Salesforce Data Cloud that ensure accurate timely and secure integration from diverse internal and external data sources.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate industrial manufacturing requirements into technical specifications that can be reliably executed in Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Create and maintain reusable components such as calculated insights and data streams that enhance analytical capabilities and reduce development effort for future initiatives.
  • Perform in depth analysis of data quality issues and implement remediation strategies in Salesforce Data Cloud that improve reliability and trust in customer and operational data assets.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to align Salesforce Data Cloud solutions with broader enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
  • Optimize performance of data queries and segmentation logic in Salesforce Data Cloud that support responsive dashboards and campaigns for manufacturing related use cases.
  • Document solution designs configurations and operational procedures in clear technical artifacts that support maintainability and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices for using Salesforce Data Cloud in industrial manufacturing scenarios that involve complex product hierarchies and long sales cycles.
  • Conduct unit testing system testing and integration testing for Salesforce Data Cloud features that confirm functional accuracy and stable operation within day shift project timelines.
  • Support incident analysis and defect resolution related to Salesforce Data Cloud implementations that help sustain reliable business operations without requiring travel.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities that refine Salesforce Data Cloud patterns and standards to maximize value delivered to manufacturing clients and society through better data driven decisions.


Qualifications

  • Possess professional experience of five to nine years in enterprise software development with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud implementations that handle high volume customer and operational data.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including data ingestion modeling identity resolution and calculated insights applied to real world business scenarios.
  • Apply practical understanding of industrial manufacturing concepts such as production flows asset management and supply chain data to design solutions that reflect these operational realities.
  • Show proficiency in data modeling query design and performance optimization on cloud platforms in order to support responsive analytics and segmentation activities.
  • Exhibit strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid model during day shifts while collaborating effectively with distributed technical and business teams.
  • Display capability to create detailed technical documentation and share knowledge that promotes consistent use of Salesforce Data Cloud across projects and regions.
  • Value data governance and privacy principles and integrate them into solution design so that customer and operational information is handled responsibly for long term societal impact.


Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or equivalent Salesforce certification relevant to Data Cloud implementations.
