About the role
As a Business Development Associate – Digital Experience & Adobe, you will make an impact by owning end-to-end pre-sales for Digital Experience, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Modern Workplace engagements, with a strong focus on Banking & Financial Services (BFS) clients. You will be a valued member of the Business Development team and work collaboratively with sales, solutioning, consulting, delivery, and client teams to shape compelling proposals and anchor solution workshops.
In this role, you will
Own end-to-end pre-sales activities for Digital Experience opportunities across Content & Marketing Services, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Modern Workplace engagements, with an emphasis on BFS clients.
Lead solution detailing and value proposition articulation for opportunities involving Adobe Experience Manager, Target, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Commerce, and shape Modern Workplace solutions spanning Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, and digital employee experience.
Apply BFS domain knowledge across retail and commercial banking, wealth management, cards and payments, and insurance to tailor digital experience and workplace solutions to industry needs.
Organize and anchor solution workshops with technical SMEs, and detail complete RFP/RFI and proactive proposal responses across content supply chain, omnichannel personalization, marketing operations, employee experience, and digital banking themes.
Act as an SME and reference point for a Digital Experience, Modern Workplace, or BFS problem domain, mentor junior team members, and track market trends to seed new offerings.
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
10+ years of industry experience with at least 5+ years of pre-sales experience in Digital Experience, Content & Marketing Services, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Modern Workplace solutions, preferably within Banking & Financial Services.
Proven experience developing and delivering effective proposals with win-themes and value propositions for Digital Experience, Modern Workplace, and BFS clients.
Working knowledge of BFS domain areas such as retail and commercial banking, wealth management, cards and payments, and insurance, with the ability to relate them to digital experience and workplace solutions.
Ability to drive the pre-sales cycle independently with minimal supervision, quickly connecting business requirements to platform capabilities.
Very strong communication skills, with the ability to share and explain complex concepts and adapt to different situations. MBA/B.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
These will help you stand out
Experience with a leading Digital IT Solutions company, Adobe implementation partner, or Modern Workplace/Microsoft solutions provider serving BFS clients.
Hands-on pre-sales/solutioning experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Commerce) and/or Microsoft Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, Viva).
Adobe or Microsoft functional certifications, along with relevant BFS project experience.
Knowledge of generative AI for content and marketing, Copilot-driven productivity, and AI-driven engagement models.
Ability to define measurable business outcomes such as content velocity, marketing ROI, customer engagement, and BFS-specific metrics like customer acquisition cost and digital adoption.
