Job Summary

This hybrid role for an experienced architect/ Sr. Fullstack Developer-Digital Eng involves designing and guiding end to end solutions using Java/J2ee React Js Next Js Java Sprint Boot or Net along with modern front end frameworks such as Next Js and React Js. The architect will ensure scalable secure and maintainable applications that align with enterprise standards and business goals while collaborating closely with cross functional teams in a day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Design robust modular and scalable application architectures that integrate Java Sprint Boot or Net services with Next Js and React Js front end components to meet complex business requirements and ensure long term maintainability and performance.
  • Define clear solution blueprints including component interactions data flows and integration patterns that enable consistent implementation across multiple teams and reduce ambiguity in technical delivery.
  • Guide development teams on adopting best practices in coding testing and deployment for Java Sprint Boot or Net and Next Js React Js stacks to improve code quality reduce defects and accelerate feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with product owners business analysts and user experience specialists to translate functional needs into technical designs that provide intuitive user experiences and measurable business value.
  • Establish and enforce standards for application security performance optimization and resilience ensuring that services and user interfaces adhere to organizational policies and industry guidance.
  • Conduct detailed design and code reviews for backend services and front end components identifying risks and improvement opportunities while providing actionable feedback that supports continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and select suitable design patterns frameworks and tools within the Java Sprint Boot Net Next Js and React Js ecosystem to ensure solutions remain modern maintainable and aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure smooth build integration and deployment pipelines for hybrid work scenarios optimizing application reliability and release frequency.
  • Analyze existing applications and architectures to identify modernization opportunities proposing incremental improvements that enhance scalability usability and resource efficiency.
  • Document technical decisions architecture diagrams and implementation guidelines in a clear and structured manner enabling consistent knowledge sharing and onboarding across global teams.
  • Support issue resolution by providing architectural insights during incident analysis and root cause investigation thereby reducing downtime and improving overall system stability.
  • Engage in regular collaboration sessions with stakeholders to demonstrate architectural options present tradeoffs and achieve consensus on solutions that advance organizational and societal impact goals.
  • Align solution designs with data privacy accessibility and compliance expectations so that applications responsibly serve diverse user communities and support ethical technology outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Possess eight to nine years of experience in architecting and developing enterprise grade applications with strong hands on exposure to Java Sprint Boot or Net platforms for backend services.
  • Demonstrate solid proficiency in designing and building modern front end solutions using Next Js and React Js including component driven architectures and efficient state management patterns.
  • Apply deep understanding of microservices or modular service design principles to create loosely coupled systems that are easier to scale test and operate in hybrid work settings.
  • Show experience in integrating backend APIs with responsive user interfaces while addressing cross cutting concerns such as authentication authorization and secure data handling.
  • Exhibit familiarity with common relational or document oriented data stores and data modeling approaches that support reliable persistence and high performance querying.
  • Display practical experience with automated testing strategies for both backend and front end layers including unit integration and regression testing to uphold robustness and reliability.
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid teams using modern communication and work management tools while maintaining clear technical alignment and shared understanding.
