  • Guide cross functional collaboration between product teams, developers, and operations staff to enable stable AEM environments that deliver consistent customer experiences and measurable value to business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate incident management and problem resolution efforts for AEM applications by analyzing root causes, defining corrective actions, and implementing sustainable fixes that reduce downtime and improve platform resilience.

  • Oversee AEM system configurations including environment setup, access control, and deployment routines to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across hybrid work settings and day shift schedules.
  • Support content authoring teams by refining workflows, adjusting permissions, and customizing AEM authoring interfaces so that business users can publish accurate and timely content with minimal technical friction.
  • Collaborate with finance oriented stakeholders to translate functional requirements from investment banking and brokerage processes into structured AEM features that strengthen client communications and regulatory reporting capabilities.
  • Monitor application health and performance metrics for AEM platforms by using observability tools and operational dashboards to identify trends, forecast capacity, and proactively address scaling or reliability risks.
  • Document functional designs, configuration standards, and operational playbooks for AEM solutions to promote knowledge sharing and consistent execution across distributed hybrid teams.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing feedback from end users and support teams, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating implementation roadmaps that elevate platform quality and business impact.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data integrity expectations across all AEM implementations, particularly for finance and accounting related content and workflows that handle sensitive information.
  • Align functional deliverables with organizational objectives by tracking key performance indicators for digital experience, operational stability, and stakeholder satisfaction and reporting insights to relevant decision makers.
