Job Summary
This hybrid role for a Senior Business Analysis Manager focuses on designing and enhancing business intelligence reporting and business monitoring capabilities that optimize critical business processes. The role drives strategic analysis for investment banking operations and brokerage activities ensuring accurate insights for stakeholders while delivering scalable reporting solutions and process improvements within a day shift structure.
Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive business analysis initiatives that enhance business intelligence reporting frameworks and deliver accurate insights for senior stakeholders across investment banking operations and brokerage domains.
- Lead the design and optimization of business monitoring dashboards that provide timely visibility into operational performance trends and support proactive decision making in complex financial environments.
- Oversee end to end requirements gathering by collaborating with operations technology and risk teams to translate business needs into well structured analytical and reporting solutions that are practical and sustainable.
- Coordinate the documentation of current business processes and reporting workflows identifying gaps in data usage and control points that impact efficiency compliance and client service quality.
- Guide the evaluation and selection of business intelligence tools and reporting techniques that align with organizational standards while balancing usability scalability and data integrity.
- Manage the development of standardized reporting templates and metrics definitions that ensure consistency of business monitoring across investment banking operations teams and brokerage services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing key performance indicators and process metrics to recommend targeted changes that reduce operational risk and cycle times.
- Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to validate data sources mapping rules and transformation logic that underpin business intelligence and monitoring solutions.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in business intelligence and reporting with a proven record of designing implementing and refining reporting architectures that support strategic and operational decisions.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in business monitoring practices including performance measurement alerting mechanisms and early warning indicators that safeguard complex financial processes.
- Bring deep proficiency across business process analysis techniques for documenting workflows identifying optimization opportunities and formulating actionable recommendations that increase operational resilience.
