About the role
As a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant, you will make an impact by helping clients solve complex supply chain challenges through data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, business leaders, supply chain planners, analytics teams, and technology partners to drive operational excellence across the supply chain ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with clients to identify, analyze, and solve complex supply chain business challenges using data, analytics, and industry best practices.
- Develop insights and recommendations across Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Supply Chain Optimization processes.
- Leverage Kinaxis, SAP, and analytics solutions to improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, and supply chain decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain transformation initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementations.

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in supply chain planning and analytics with strong expertise in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP supply chain planning solutions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the application of analytics to improve operational performance.
- Experience gathering business requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering actionable business insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
These will help you stand out
- Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation or digital modernization programs.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI, or machine learning applications within supply chain environments.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CPIM, or related supply chain certifications.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 115,000 - $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
