Job Summary

This hybrid role requires an experienced business analyst with six to ten years of hands on experience in business analysis and planning focused on optimizing processes improving decision making and supporting strategic initiatives for an international organization. The analyst will collaborate across functions to translate complex business needs into clear actionable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer value with additional advantage if familiar with cards and paymen

Responsibilities

Fund administration and investor servicing domain knowledge

Understanding of Investor onboarding models Transfer agency and lifecycle processes

Working knowledge of AML / KYC regulatory frameworks FATCA and CRS obligations Jurisdiction specific compliance differences Professional Services Delivery

Definition and governance of Project scope assumptions and constraints Out of scope and change management controls

  • Ability to translate business operating models into: System configuration Workflow and data flow designs Multi phase delivery planning and execution across complex client environments
  • Create comprehensive business cases and impact assessments that quantify benefits costs and risks enabling stakeholders to make informed investment decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Design and maintain analytical models and planning frameworks that support forecasting scenario analysis and capacity planning improving predictability and resilience of business operations.
  • Prepare clear functional specifications and user stories that guide technology and operations teams ensuring that delivered solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and target state recommending practical changes that streamline workflows reduce operational risk and strengthen regulatory and compliance posture.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance validation activities including test planning and result tracking to confirm that implemented solutions meet business expectations and operate reliably in day to day use.
  • Provide ongoing performance monitoring through dashboards and periodic reviews identifying trends and deviations that support timely corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support stakeholder communication through structured reports and presentations that summarize findings recommendations and progress promoting transparency and consistent alignment across teams.
  • Apply knowledge of hybrid work practices to facilitate effective requirement sessions workshops and follow ups in virtual and onsite settings maintaining strong collaboration and timely decision making.
  • Leverage domain exposure in cards and payments where applicable to enhance analysis quality highlighting customer experience considerations transaction flows and risk controls that benefit the wider ecosystem.
  • Ensure that all analysis and planning activities adhere to internal governance documentation standards and ethical business practices contributing to trusted relationships with clients and positive impact on society.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate six to ten years of progressive experience in business analysis and planning with proven ability to manage end to end requirement life cycles for complex projects in large organizations.
  • Exhibit strong skills in requirements elicitation process modeling and documentation using industry standard techniques and tools enabling clear communication between business and technology stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in analytical reasoning and quantitative assessment using data to support prioritization performance measurement and continuous improvement activities.
  • Display familiarity with cards and payments domain concepts such as transaction life cycle settlement processes and risk management adding contextual insight to business analysis when required.
  • Apply excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing virtual collaboration and in person engagement while maintaining productivity.
  • Maintain solid understanding of project delivery practices and change management principles ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
