Job Summary

A Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects programs and services to clients while meeting business objectives quality standards timelines and budget commitments. The role acts as a bridge between customers delivery teams and leadership to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project and service delivery across multiple accounts or programs. Manage project scope schedule budget risks and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to delivery processes quality standards and SLAs. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions. Drive workforce planning staffing utilization and capacity management.Monitor delivery KPIs such as productivity revenue margin customer satisfaction and fulfillment.
