Job Summary

Design and guide AI native technology architectures for hi tech solutions using Java microservices and event driven platforms ensuring robust integration patterns and scalable performance for hybrid work environments. Collaborate with cross functional teams in day shift operations to deliver secure maintainable applications that align with company innovation goals and create positive societal impact through reliable digital services.


Responsibilities

  • Architect AI native solutions that align with hi tech business goals by integrating Java twenty one based microservices with reliable data access and event streaming to deliver scalable applications that perform consistently in hybrid work settings.
  • Design microservice patterns that optimize modularity fault isolation and observability while ensuring seamless interaction among services through asynchronous messaging and standardized integration practices.
  • Create robust application architectures using Springboot microservices and Java twenty one language features to enhance performance reliability and maintainability across complex distributed systems.
  • Develop integration strategies that use JDBC connectors to manage secure efficient and resilient data interactions between application layers and enterprise data sources supporting mission critical workloads.
  • Configure and optimize Kafka based event streaming pipelines to enable real time communication between services improve system responsiveness and support high throughput message processing.
  • Implement messaging and routing solutions with Apache Camel to orchestrate diverse service endpoints transform data flows and support consistent integration patterns across different platforms and protocols.
  • Establish and maintain source code repositories using Github to enforce structured branching strategies peer reviews and continuous integration workflows that enhance software quality and team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate hi tech domain requirements into technical designs that support innovation reduce time to market and strengthen customer facing capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging AI native architectural practices and Java ecosystem advancements to recommend improvements that enhance system resilience scalability and alignment with future business demands.
  • Guide teams on best practices for microservices deployment monitoring and incident response to reduce downtime improve system health metrics and ensure dependable day shift operations.
  • Define security and compliance standards across data access messaging and integration layers to safeguard sensitive information and uphold industry expectations for ethical and secure digital solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and architectural diagrams that clearly communicate solution structures integration points and operational considerations enabling efficient knowledge transfer and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hybrid working team members to ensure architectural decisions support remote collaboration standardized tooling and consistent delivery processes that advance organizational efficiency and societal trust in technology.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive experience using Java twenty one and Springboot microservices to build large scale production systems with strong emphasis on performance tuning and resource optimization.
  • Show proven capability in designing and implementing JDBC based data access layers that support transactional integrity secure connectivity and efficient query handling in enterprise environments.
  • Apply hands on expertise with Kafka to architect event driven systems including topic design consumer group configuration and message retention strategies aligned with business throughput needs.
  • Utilize Apache Camel integration frameworks to build reliable routing transformations and connectivity across disparate systems ensuring consistent data flow and error handling mechanisms.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency with Github based workflows including version control strategies automated pipelines and code review practices that support collaborative development in hybrid work models.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of hi tech domain processes to align architectural choices with industry trends customer expectations and innovation roadmaps driving tangible business advantages.
  • Bring eight to ten years of experience in architecting complex distributed systems and microservices while collaborating with cross functional teams in hybrid environments to deliver robust production solutions.
