· Automate repeatable administrative and support activities using suitable scripts, APIs and platform tooling.

· Work with data engineers, architects, analysts, infrastructure and security teams to troubleshoot issues and support reliable platform delivery.

· Maintain documentation, operational runbooks and knowledge articles; share expertise and provide guidance to colleagues and platform users.

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in platform reliability, governance, usability, performance and support processes.

· Use service-management and delivery tools to track incidents, changes and improvement work in line with agreed processes.

· Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and communicate technical issues and solutions clearly.

· Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, stakeholders and platform users.

Desirable Skills and Experience

· Experience with Microsoft Purview, data classification, lineage and governance policies.

· Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks or other data integration and analytics services.

· Experience with automation and scripting, Fabric Admin APIs, Azure DevOps, Git or CI/CD processes.
