My day-to-day experience at Cognizant involves working on various projects alongside both junior and senior professionals. I have regular interactions through stand-up meetings and catch-ups, which has provided me with opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills. The learning resources at Cognizant are extensive, and I've had the chance to take responsibility for projects, collaborate with industry experts, and deepen my understanding in my field.
Out of the many great things about the grad program, one of the best experiences is to have other grads in the program to transition into professional life together. Having other people join a company the same time as you make the transition much more enjoyable.
Being my first corporate experience in software development and technology services, the perspective gained, and the training and project work I’ve received, have given me clarity in how I want to further my career.

The timing of the recruitment process will vary depending on the Service Line you are being considered for. We will keep in touch throughout the progress so you’re across the latest updates.
We hire across most cities in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
We can accept only one application per candidate however you are welcome to mention in your CV that you’re open to relocating if that’s of interest to you.
You will not be able to select a specific Service Line at the time of application. However, through our assessment process and screening stages we would be able to gauge which area of the business you would best fit and that aligns with your interests. If you reach the final stages of our recruitment process, we will let you know the Service Line that you are being considered for.
At this stage, we are unable to offer graduate opportunities to those on temporary visas.
You will be a permanent Cognizant employee from day 1.
The Graduate Program is not rotational as the training you’ll receive is targeted to the Service Line you join. As a graduate, you’ll work across the entire technical and digital space within specialized business units where you’ll have the plenty of opportunities to collaborate and deliver game-changing solutions for our clients.
