Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM Recruitment modules and their application in real-world scenarios. - Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing Workday solutions to meet specific business requirements. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Have experience in the Devices/SPM domain which is advantageous for understanding industry-specific needs. - Show capability in conducting training and workshops to enhance user adoption of Workday features. - Display strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights for HR strategies. - Maintain effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 9.
