Job Summary

Serve as a functional specialist for S4 HANA advanced pricing and advanced order to cash within a hybrid work model shaping robust solutions for global media and entertainment clients. Analyze complex business needs configure scalable processes and partner with cross functional teams to deliver accurate billing flexible pricing and seamless revenue flows that support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with media and entertainment stakeholders to analyze complex pricing and order to cash requirements and translate them into precise S4 HANA functional designs that improve operational efficiency and revenue accuracy.
• Configure S4 HANA advanced pricing components including condition techniques pricing procedures promotions and discounts so that media and entertainment products bundles and digital offerings are billed accurately and consistently.
• Design and configure S4 HANA advanced order to cash scenarios for subscription models usage based services content licensing and advertising sales to support diverse commercial models in the media and entertainment portfolio.
• Partner with technical teams to document clear functional specifications for enhancements integrations and extensions related to S4 HANA pricing and order to cash and verify that delivered solutions align with business expectations.
• Execute end to end system testing integration testing and user acceptance testing for S4 HANA pricing and order to cash processes to ensure stable releases with minimal defects and predictable business outcomes.
• Guide business users through system demonstrations workshops and training sessions focused on advanced pricing and order to cash capabilities so that users gain confidence and adopt best practices in daily operations.
• Monitor live S4 HANA order to cash transactions and pricing behavior investigate anomalies or revenue leakages and implement corrective configuration or process changes that strengthen financial integrity.
• Collaborate with finance sales and digital distribution teams to streamline order capture pricing calculation billing and revenue recognition flows in S4 HANA improving time to invoice and cash conversion cycles.
• Document process flows configuration decisions and functional standards for S4 HANA pricing and order to cash in a clear knowledge base that supports consistent operations and future onboarding.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by assessing new S4 HANA features media and entertainment market trends and regulatory demands and recommend enhancements that keep the platform current and competitive.
• Coordinate with hybrid distributed teams using structured ceremonies clear communication and shared documentation to ensure that functional changes are delivered on time during day shift schedules without travel obligations.
• Support incident analysis and problem management for pricing and order to cash issues by reviewing transaction logs master data settings and configuration and implementing durable fixes that reduce recurring disruptions.
• Align S4 HANA solution designs with enterprise standards data quality expectations and security requirements so that media and entertainment business units operate on a stable and compliant digital foundation.

Qualifications

• Possess six to ten years of functional experience with a strong focus on S4 HANA implementations in pricing and order to cash including full lifecycle projects from discovery to stabilization.
• Demonstrate deep hands on expertise in S4 HANA advanced pricing configuration covering condition records access sequences pricing procedures scales and surcharges tailored for media and entertainment offerings.
• Show proven experience in S4 HANA advanced order to cash processes including order management delivery billing credit management and integration to finance for high volume media and entertainment transactions.
• Bring practical domain experience in media and entertainment such as digital content distribution broadcast streaming advertising sales or licensing so that business processes and solution designs reflect industry realities.
• Apply strong skills in requirements gathering process mapping and documentation to capture complex pricing and revenue models in an understandable format for both business and technical collaborators.
• Use effective communication and stakeholder management abilities to work with cross functional teams in a hybrid model ensuring that expectations risks and decisions are clearly articulated and documented.
• Leverage analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose data inconsistencies pricing errors and order workflow bottlenecks in S4 HANA and propose practical measurable improvements for business teams.
