Position Overview
Implementation Conversion Analyst
Location: Remote (with approximately 30% travel to client sites)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct data analysis and client interviews to assess software utilization requirements
• Create detailed data maps and transaction workflow documents
• Perform testing to ensure customized software meets client-specific needs
• Coordinate and lead readiness reviews throughout the conversion process
• Train customers on new systems and procedures
• Serve as the primary client-facing resource during implementation and post-conversion support
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Advanced working knowledge of FIS systems and our target industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced analytical and technical capabilities
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Project management abilities and demonstrated dependability
• Work Arrangement: Remote-based, US-only (candidates must be eligible for US travel, as the role requires client site visits)
• Travel: Approximately 30% travel to customer locations
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 120-132Kdepending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
