Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable content aggregation workflows that collect normalize and classify learning materials from internal repositories and approved external sources to ensure a unified and reliable Academy catalog.Develop and optimize Net based services and APIs that securely expose aggregated content to front end applications and downstream platforms while maintaining high performance and reliability.Create robust Python scripts and automation routines to process metadata perform text transformation and orchestrate batch ingestion jobs that keep the content library current and comprehensive.Use SQL to design efficient data models queries and procedures that support fast retrieval advanced filtering and detailed reporting across the consolidated learning content store.Apply Gemini AI to generate insightful summaries recommend relevant learning paths and enrich metadata so that employees can quickly discover material that supports their growth and productivity.Apply Claude capabilities to analyze long form learning content extract key concepts and improve instructional clarity enhancing the overall quality and accessibility of Academy assets.Apply Open AI models to enable personalized content suggestions conversational search and adaptive learning experiences that improve engagement and skill acquisition for diverse learners.Collaborate closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to validate aggregated content refine taxonomies and ensure alignment with enterprise learning objectives and compliance standards.Implement robust data quality checks observability metrics and issue resolution routines that minimize broken links duplicate records and outdated material across hybrid content pipelines.Document aggregation processes data flows and integration patterns in clear operational guides that enable consistent day shift support and smooth handoffs among distributed team members.Coordinate with platform engineers and security specialists to ensure that all integrations data movements and AI workloads comply with governance requirements and protect sensitive information.Monitor usage analytics feedback signals and content performance indicators to propose targeted improvements that enhance learning outcomes and amplify the impact of Academy programs on society.Drive continuous refinement of hybrid work practices using collaboration tools and structured communication methods so that onsite and remote team members deliver cohesive and predictable content services.
Qualifications
Bring seven to eleven years of experience working with enterprise grade content or data platforms demonstrating accountability for end to end aggregation curation and delivery outcomes in complex environments.Show advanced proficiency in Net application development with emphasis on building secure and modular services that integrate seamlessly with databases APIs and generative AI platforms.Demonstrate strong SQL skills in designing normalized schemas writing optimized queries and tuning data workloads to support analytics reporting and rapid content discovery.Exhibit deep Python expertise in building automation frameworks data processing utilities and integration scripts that manage large volumes of structured and unstructured learning materials.Provide hands on experience working with Gemini AI Claude and Open AI to design practical solutions for summarization classification recommendation and conversational access to learning content.Offer a track record of operating effectively in hybrid work models by using digital collaboration tools documenting workflows and maintaining consistent communication during standard day shifts.Prefer prior exposure to corporate learning ecosystems or digital education platforms where content aggregation curation standards and learner centric experiences were central responsibilities.
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Net Developer and Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer or equivalent cloud data qualification relevant to SQL and Python.
