The Infra Architect role involves designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions ensuring seamless integration of AI-enabled technologies and optimizing service management processes. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals and industry standards.

- Develop and oversee Change Lifecycle Management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
- Optimize networking solutions to enhance connectivity reliability and security across the organization.
- Manage incident resolution processes to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues minimizing impact on operations.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for Service Desk operations to enhance user experience and service delivery.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations in all infrastructure-related activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in infrastructure design.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support the adoption and maintenance of implemented solutions.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Change Lifecycle Management demonstrating the ability to manage transitions effectively.
- Have a strong background in AI-enabled chatbot technologies showcasing expertise in enhancing user interactions.
- Exhibit proficiency in networking with a focus on designing secure and reliable connectivity solutions.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in incident management ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize operational impact.
- Show expertise in Service Desk operations emphasizing user-centric service delivery and support.
- Have a solid understanding of ServiceNow with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining IT service management solutions.
