Job Summary
This role involves leveraging expertise in Machine Learning Azure Moogsoft SRE Data Science Incident Management ServiceNow ITOM and Python to drive technical solutions and ensure operational excellence. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to impactful projects that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes.
- Utilize Azure cloud services to design scalable and efficient solutions for data storage processing and analytics.
- Manage and optimize Moogsoft platforms to ensure proactive incident detection and resolution.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system reliability scalability and performance.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Data Science techniques to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Lead incident management efforts to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules to streamline IT operations and enhance service management.
- Write efficient and maintainable Python scripts for automation data processing and system integration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular system performance evaluations and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

- Exhibit advanced knowledge in Data Science techniques for data analysis and insight generation.
