Our ServiceNow Business group is looking for a Global Platform & Solutions Head – ServiceNow Practice to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who is a visionary leader with deep ServiceNow expertise, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders while orchestrating global teams. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping, scaling, and governing the global client advisory, solutions, presales, and business development functions for the ServiceNow business.
The Global Platform & Solutions Head – ServiceNow Practice is the senior-most leader responsible for shaping, scaling, and governing the global client advisory, solutions, presales, and business development functions for the ServiceNow business. This executive will define the platform vision, drive differentiated solution offerings, lead global advisory engagements, and enable market growth across industries and geographies.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior-most leader responsible for shaping, scaling, and governing the global client advisory, solutions, presales, and business development functions for the ServiceNow business.
- Own and evolve the global ServiceNow platform strategy aligned with enterprise goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Define the multi-year roadmap for platform innovation, capability expansion, and cross-portfolio integration.
- Establish governance for architecture, solution standards, and reusable assets.
- Lead global C-suite advisory engagements focused on digital transformation, workflow automation, and enterprise service management.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, guiding platform adoption, modernization, and value realization.
- Build a global advisory community and thought-leadership engine.
- Architect differentiated, industry-aligned ServiceNow solutions, accelerators, packaged offerings, and blueprints.
- Drive IP creation to enhance win rates and delivery quality across markets.
- Partner with product engineering and alliances to co-innovate with ServiceNow.
- Lead the global presales organization including solution consultants, architects, and bid teams.
- Oversee deal shaping, solution assurance, and executive reviews for major pursuits.
- Improve presales productivity through playbooks, automation, and standardized processes.
- Drive global pipeline creation, account expansion, and new logo acquisition.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to define go-to-market strategies and revenue targets.
- Strengthen the global alliance with ServiceNow including co-sell motions and joint marketing.
- Represent the organization at global industry events, analyst briefings, and executive forums.
- Publish thought leadership on platform strategy, workflow transformation, and emerging trends.
- Establish KPIs for advisory, presales, and solutions teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure global consistency in solutioning, pricing, and delivery handoff.
- Optimize resource allocation, talent development, and competency building globally.

Qualifications
· Deep ServiceNow architecture knowledge.
· Ability to design solutions, create proof of concepts, and credentialize across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, and emerging workflows.
· Strong understanding of P&L, pricing, deal strategy, value engineering, and the ability to qualify and close large complex deals.
· Ability to translate business problems into platform solutions.
· Ability to clearly articulate vision, influence C-suite stakeholders, and lead effective cross-functional teams.
· Strong executive communication and public speaking skills.
· Proven ability to build, lead, and develop globally distributed teams.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities with executive leadership, alliance partners, and analysts.
· Ability to mediate and align cross-functional stakeholders to strategic priorities.
