Job Summary
Serve as a senior business analyst for Dynamics 365 Sales and Service projects translating complex business needs into scalable configuration solutions that enhance customer engagement sales productivity and service quality. Collaborate with global stakeholders in a hybrid work model to deliver optimized business processes for enterprise clients in the cards and payments domain.

· Analyze complex business processes across sales and service functions to identify opportunities for optimization using Dynamics 365 Service and Dynamics 365 Sales solutions that drive measurable business value and operational excellence.
· Elicit document and validate detailed business requirements by conducting workshops interviews and process walkthroughs with global stakeholders in hybrid work settings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
· Configure Dynamics 365 Service entities forms views and business rules to support robust case management service level tracking and omnichannel interactions while maintaining consistency with enterprise standards.
· Configure Dynamics 365 Sales components including lead management opportunity tracking product catalog and forecasting features to support predictable revenue pipelines and improved sales performance.
· Design and refine business process flows workflows and automation logic within Dynamics 365 configuration to streamline user tasks reduce manual work and improve data quality across sales and service teams.
· Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration needs that align with enterprise platforms used in cards and payments processing.
· Prepare comprehensive user stories use cases and acceptance criteria that clearly describe expected Dynamics 365 behavior and facilitate effective collaboration with quality assurance and development teams.
· Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing for configured Dynamics 365 features documenting defects and ensuring timely resolution to support stable and reliable releases.
· Develop clear and practical end user documentation process guides and configuration reference materials that enable effective onboarding and consistent use of Dynamics 365 capabilities.
· Facilitate training sessions and hands on demonstrations for sales and service professionals to improve adoption of Dynamics 365 features and support continuous improvement of customer interactions.
· Monitor post deployment performance metrics and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities in Dynamics 365 configurations and recommend data driven improvements for ongoing releases.
· Partner with domain experts in cards and payments to ensure that Dynamics 365 processes reflect regulatory expectations risk controls and industry best practices without compromising user experience.
· Support planning and estimation for enhancements and change requests by providing effort assessments and impact analysis based on deep understanding of existing Dynamics 365 configurations.
· Coordinate effectively in a hybrid work model by using collaboration tools and structured communication routines to keep stakeholders informed across locations and time zones.
· Maintain compliance with organizational governance practices by documenting configuration changes securing approvals and ensuring traceability across environments for audit readiness.
Qualifications
· Demonstrate strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 Service configuration including entities forms business rules queues and service level tracking with a track record of successful project delivery.
· Demonstrate hands on expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales configuration covering lead and opportunity management product and price configuration and forecasting capabilities to support sales transformation initiatives.
· Apply solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization concepts such as security roles views dashboards and business process flows to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
· Bring practical experience in business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation process mapping gap analysis and documentation for enterprise scale initiatives.
· Bring relevant exposure to cards and payments processes such as customer onboarding transaction handling and dispute management and apply this knowledge when shaping Dynamics 365 solutions.
· Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders using clear written and verbal communication skills suited for global enterprise environments.
· Utilize analytical and problem solving abilities to interpret data assess impacts and recommend pragmatic Dynamics 365 enhancements that align with organizational strategy.
