Senior Business Systems Consultant
About the role
As a Senior Business Systems Consultant, you will make an impact by driving system optimization, business process improvements, and operational excellence across complex technology environments. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to deliver effective solutions and support strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of business-critical systems and processes.
- Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Investigate system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and support business transformation initiatives.
- Monitor business and system performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you need to have to be considered
- 10+ years of experience in business systems, operations, process improvement, or system implementation environments.
- Experience supporting complex operational processes and technology-enabled business solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, investigate issues, and recommend improvements.
- Experience working with system implementations, testing, process optimization, or operational support activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms, transactional systems, or operational support environments.
- Knowledge of process automation, business analysis, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience coordinating with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
