- Partner with business and technology leaders to define future-state data and reporting architecture, business requirements, implementation priorities, and transformation roadmaps involving data platforms, reporting tools, workflow automation, self-service capabilities, and client portals.
- Strengthen enterprise data governance by establishing clear data ownership, lineage, metadata, data-quality rules, reconciliations, approval standards, service-level agreements, issue-management practices, capacity plans, and management metrics.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and strategic vendors, manage complex delivery issues and escalations, drive root-cause analysis and sustainable improvements, and provide executive reporting on service performance, risks, incidents, demand, and transformation progress.
