Your Role at Cognizant:
· Language Mastery: Within just 5.5 months, become proficient in spoken and written Danish.
· Financial Insights: Work with financial products and services—think insurance, pensions, and more. Analyze data, prepare reports, and shape strategies.
· Partnership: Assist colleagues, make informed decisions, and follow guidelines. Your teamwork will drive success.

What We Expect from You:
· Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English and Lithuanian language abilities.
· Willingness to Learn: Embrace language learning and your specific work area.
· Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel).
· Planning and Customer Focus: Organize tasks effectively and prioritize customer satisfaction.
· Finance Experience (Desirable): While not mandatory, any background in finance or back-office operations will be considered a bonus.
· Have native-level proficiency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) (due to the nature of this position).
