Key Responsibilities
- Own functional conversion impact analysis for ECC → S/4HANA
- Analyze Simplification Items and assess business impact
- Drive FittoStandard workshops with minimal redesign approach
- Validate configuration consistency pre and postconversion
- Support data migration validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
- Lead SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing
- Ensure integration continuity with SD, MM, FI, PS, GTS, BW, etc.
- Support hypercare and business stabilization post GoLive
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years SAP functional experience
- At least one full ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA functional simplifications
- Exposure to global templates and multicountry rollouts
- Ability to work with technical, Basis & integration teams
