Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior SDET with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Loadrunner NoSQL TestNG Selenium and HTML along with domain experience in Provider. This role involves developing and executing automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design test strategies.
- Utilize Loadrunner to perform performance testing and identify bottlenecks in the system.
- Implement and maintain test data management strategies using NoSQL databases.
- Create detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Ensure test environments are set up and maintained for efficient test execution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance testing processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium and TestNG.
- Demonstrate proficiency in performance testing using Loadrunner.
- Have a solid understanding of NoSQL databases for test data management.
- Exhibit knowledge of HTML for testing web applications.
- Show expertise in the Provider domain to ensure relevant test coverage.
- Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
