Job Summary
As an Engagement Delivery Lead in OT security you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects within a hybrid work model. With a focus on client satisfaction and project excellence you will ensure that all engagements are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to deliver top-notch cybersecurity solutions that align with the companys strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of OT Security projects ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Oversee the coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the integration of cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies.
- Manage project budgets and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of cybersecurity services. Qualifications
