- Must have organized and led Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, Iteration Planning Meeting, Backlog Grooming, etc. )
- Facilitate other discussions within the team and with other up/downstream teams as needed
- Work with Delivery Leaders of individual projects on activities specific to their projects (Resource allocation etc).
- Provide weekly status updates to Delivery Leaders
- Provide Bi-weekly updates for the Demand & Capacity meeting
- Update / manage Planview for the team – Work Item / EPIC and Resource allocation
- Provide updates to the Program Leadership via meetings, emails etc.
- Manage various trackers as needed.
- Coach the team to follow the Agile ASDM best practices.
- Manage updates to various Project & Portfolio Management tools utilized like Planview, JIRA, Whoville, etc.
- Generate required reports using Planview and Power BI
- Work with the Program Leadership to prioritize the Work Items in pipeline for the line.
- Manage Work Items assignments, workflow and track velocity.
- Run Daily Scrum calls
- Maintain Visual Management systems within Jira(i.e active, dashboard, etc)
- Deliver an iteration and release commitments
- Ensure Demand and Capacity (resource, allocation) is updated in Planview
- Ensure Agile and software practices are followed within in the line
- Ensure proper sizing of the work
- Ensure backlog prioritization
- Ensure Iteration is planned
- Review and Inspect Team performance
- Conduct release review and conduct sprint planning and sprint retrospective sessions
- Ensure Jira, Planview and Whoville are updated
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- 1:1 Line Coaching
- Monitor Financial Management with Delivery Lead
- Conduct Sprint Review sessions for Stakeholders sign off
- The critical aspect of work would be to ensure blockers for team are removed/actioned on priority.
