Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Oracle PL/SQL and Facets. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and maintaining robust database solutions. Experience in the Claims domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements that meet business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot database issues to provide timely resolutions and maintain system integrity.
- Implement best practices in database design and development to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical expertise in the Facets application to support business operations and improve system functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and promote continuous improvement.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
- Support data migration and integration efforts to streamline processes and enhance data accessibility.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates on project progress.
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions that align with organizational goals and drive business success.
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards to protect sensitive information.

- Possess strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL with a proven track record of successful database development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Facets application to support healthcare operations.

- Have a good understanding of the Claims domain to enhance system functionality.
