8. Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals and client needs.
- Oversee the integration of NICE Actimize solutions to enhance product functionality and performance.
- Provide expert guidance on Cards & Payments domain to ensure products meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovations.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and user experience.
- Support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Engage with clients to gather insights and feedback for future product iterations.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering products that positively impact society and drive business success.
Qualifications - - Possess a deep understanding of NICE Actimize solutions and their application in product development.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Cards & Payments domain and its regulatory landscape.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Showcase excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for advanced certifications in product management.
Actimize AML Fraud Management and Compliance Core Responsibilities Implement configure and customize NICE Actimize solutions SAM CDD WLF IFM ActOne Case Manager.
Develop and maintain Actimize models using AIS Modeler and Risk Case Manager. Perform system upgrades patch management and ensure platform scalability and performance.
Collaborate with business analysts for requirement gathering and solution design.
Create custom workflows alerts and case views manage policy rules via Policy Manager.
Conduct unit testing SIT and UAT prepare release documentation and installation instructions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensure compliance with AML KYC regulations.
Required Skills Hands on experience with Actimize modules SAM CDD WLF IFM.
Proficiency in SQL PL SQL Java Autosys Control M.
Expertise on Actimize RCM ActOne AIS UDM.
Strong understanding of AML Trade Surveillance and Fraud Detection.
Tools JIRA HP QC ALM FileZilla Putty.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. 5 10 years of experience in Actimize development and implementation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills ability to work in global teams.
