Mandatory Skills: Knowledge on Opentext ECM/Content Server, WebReports, LiveReports, Workflows development, Forms and Form templates, Content Server Administration Knowledge, OTDS, PostgreSQL, Linux, Object Import/Export, AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, Customize and support Opentext ECM solutions based on business and technical requirements.

  • Develop and customize advanced WebReports and LiveReports.

  • Experience in developing Complex workflows.

  • REST API knowledge to integrate with external applications.

  • Design, Develop and customize Opentext Content Server components including Smart UI Customization.

  • Knowledge on Opentext CSUI SDK widgets.

  • Admin activities including System Upgrade, Patching, Configuration.

  • Experience working on Linux environment.

  • Knowledge on Object Import/Export.

  • Knowledge on AWS services like EC2, Lambda, RDS etc..

  • Perform huge volumes of data and document migration.

  • Hands on experience on Forms and Form templates.

  • Creation and configuring Active view and perspective.

  • Knowledge on Categories volume in creating categories and definitions.

  • Deep technical knowledge and architectural insights in Opentext Content Server, OTDS.

  • Collaborate with team to ensure high quality and timely delivery.

  • Support solution documentation, testing, deployments and post-go-live enhancements.

  • Assist in system configuration, troubleshooting, defect resolution and performance tuning.

  • Develop and optimize SQL Queries and work with Content Server database schema.

  • Creation of Indexes, Partition, Distributed Agent configuration.

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Must have Content Server administration knowledge.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery.

  • Facet configuration.

  • Familiarity with configuration and management of web/application servers (Apache/tomcat)

  • Monitor system health, performance and logs for Opentext platforms, proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

  • Troubleshoot and analyse production incidents, working closely with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
