Job Summary
As a Lead Product Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving product excellence by leveraging your expertise in Networx Facets Pricer and Benefit Configuration. Your contributions will enhance provider and claims processes ensuring seamless operations and impactful outcomes. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of product solutions using Networx and Facets Pricer to optimize provider and claims processes.
- Oversee the configuration of Facets Benefit modules to ensure accurate and efficient benefit management.
- Provide expert guidance on NetworX functionalities to enhance product offerings and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze provider and claims data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for product configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with knowledge of product functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product configurations and processes.
- Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing product features to meet evolving market demands.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to the companys mission of delivering high-quality impactful solutions to society. Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Networx Facets Pricer and Benefit Configuration is required.
- Proven experience in provider and claims domain is essential for success in this role.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive product improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to provider and claims processes is preferred.
