The Sr. Developer role is pivotal in driving innovative solutions within the media domain leveraging expertise in Azure Synapse SQL Pool Azure Synapse Spark Pool SQL and PySpark. This position demands a seasoned professional with 12 to 14 years of experience adept at navigating complex data environments. The role is hybrid with day shifts ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic while contributing to impactful media projects.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced data solutions using Azure Synapse SQL Pool to optimize media data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures utilizing Azure Synapse Spark Pool for enhanced data analytics.
  • Provide expertise in SQL to streamline data retrieval processes and improve database performance.
  • Utilize PySpark to create efficient data pipelines that support media content delivery and analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within media applications by applying best practices in database management.
  • Analyze media data trends to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Lead efforts in automating data workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies to enhance media data processing capabilities.
  • Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives in the media domain.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions to improve scalability and flexibility in media data management.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality media solutions that impact society positively. Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in Azure Synapse SQL Pool demonstrating the ability to handle complex data environments.
  • Have a strong background in Azure Synapse Spark Pool showcasing proficiency in big data analytics.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in SQL ensuring efficient database management and data retrieval.
  • Demonstrate expertise in PySpark capable of developing robust data pipelines.
  • Experience in the media domain is mandatory with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models adapting seamlessly to both remote and in-office settings.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret media data and provide strategic insights.
