As a Functional Architect specializing in Data Privacy and Asset Management you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing privacy solutions that align with business objectives. With a focus on OneTrust and asset management operations you will ensure compliance and enhance data protection strategies. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data privacy solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the assessment of current data privacy practices and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and protection.
- Provide expertise in OneTrust to streamline privacy management processes and ensure effective data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data privacy solutions into asset management operations seamlessly.
- Develop strategies to enhance data protection within asset and wealth management domains ensuring client trust and satisfaction.
- Analyze existing privacy frameworks and identify gaps to optimize data security measures.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on data privacy best practices and compliance standards.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in data privacy to keep the company ahead in regulatory compliance.
- Implement privacy-by-design principles in new projects to ensure proactive data protection measures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current privacy policies and procedures recommending necessary updates.
- Support the development of privacy metrics and reporting mechanisms to track compliance and performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet privacy requirements and enhance data security.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data privacy practices to maintain high standards of protection. Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Data Privacy Functional Data Privacy Assessment and Data Privacy Foundation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in OneTrust showcasing ability to manage privacy operations effectively.
- Have a strong background in Asset Management Operations understanding the nuances of asset and wealth management.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to assess privacy frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
- Show capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive privacy initiatives across the organization.
- Display strong communication skills to facilitate training and workshops on privacy best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes in data privacy.
