Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Ensure the smooth functionality of Campaign+ throughout the engagement period by providing ongoing maintenance and technical support. Conduct regular system health checks and implement minor optimizations to keep the platform fully operational and aligned with project requirements during the entire engagement. Work closely with internal teams to guarantee that Campaign+ integrates effectively with offshore delivery processes and supports all campaign objectives. Customize and configure three separate instances of Campaign+ to reflect the brand guidelines for each of the 3 banners under the parent brand ensuring consistency while tailoring tone design and campaign logic for all creative outputs specific to each banner. Skills & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience as a software developer or platform engineer. Proficiency in web technologies and experience with API integrations. Familiarity with database management and system configuration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for platform maintenance and optimization. 9.
