Job Title: AI Developer – Agentic Workflows & UI/UX
Role Summary: We are seeking an innovative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy an ecosystem of specialized AI agents and accelerators that revolutionize digital marketing and enterprise operations. In this role, you will build autonomous and semi-autonomous agents capable of handling diverse tasks: ranging from conversational support and campaign automation to content optimization.
Beyond backend orchestration, you will champion the user experience, designing intuitive interfaces and conversational flows that make complex AI accessible. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and marketing specialists to translate strategic requirements into scalable, highly usable multi-agent systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Specialized Agent Development: Design and build a diverse portfolio of AI agents tailored for specific marketing and operational tasks. This includes conversational bots, campaign automation systems, and optimization tools.
• UI/UX & Interface Design: Design and develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for AI applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready front-ends (dashboards, chat interfaces, and control panels) that ensure seamless human-AI interaction.
• Conversational UX: Craft engaging, natural conversational flows for chat agents. Apply user-centric design principles to ensure prompt outputs are clear, accessible, and contextually relevant to the user's intent.
• Multi-Agent Orchestration: Develop workflows where multiple AI agents collaborate to execute complex, multi-step business processes (e.g., end-to-end event management, content lifecycle automation, and data analysis).
• Gen AI Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks into existing marketing technology stacks, webinar operations, and enterprise digital platforms.
• Collaboration & Prototyping: Work in an agile environment alongside marketing teams to rapidly prototype, test, and scale new agent capabilities based on evolving business needs and user feedback.
Required Skillsets:
Technical & Design Skills:
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Front-End & UI Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end libraries (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue) and styling frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
• UI/UX Design Tools: Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Agentic & AI Frameworks: Deep experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen, LangGraph) and foundational frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Model APIs: Extensive experience working with foundational model APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• API Development: Strong skills in building RESTful APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js) to connect front-end interfaces with backend agent logic.
Domain & Functional Skills:
• Design Thinking: Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and visual hierarchy, specifically tailored for AI tools and conversational interfaces.
• Agentic Workflows: Strong understanding of how to build tools for agents, memory management, and agent reasoning loops (ReAct).
• Digital Marketing Tech: Familiarity with marketing automation workflows, campaign management tools, and web/social platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design specifically for AI tools, chatbots, or complex data dashboards.
• Experience building proprietary AI tools, "AI wrappers," or specialized internal agents for enterprise environments.
• A background working in global IT consulting or dedicated digital marketing/operations teams.
