Responsibilities

Working experience as Agile developer and good understanding of SDLC methodologies/guidelines.Experience documenting test scripts and test plans.Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.Eagerness to learn new technologies.Experience in Healthcare Industry

  • Develop and implement scalable data processing solutions using PySpark and Apache Spark to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy BigQuery solutions that meet business requirements and enhance data accessibility.
  • Utilize Python programming skills to automate processes and improve data workflows ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage and optimize Cloud Dataproc environments to support large-scale data processing tasks and ensure high availability.
  • Analyze complex datasets within the Payer domain to extract valuable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in data security and compliance safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining trust.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with company goals.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and promote efficient coding practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into projects to enhance innovation and competitiveness.
  • Document processes and solutions thoroughly facilitating knowledge sharing and future reference.

  • Possess strong expertise in PySpark BigQuery Apache Spark Python and Cloud Dataproc essential for developing robust data solutions.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Payer domain providing valuable insights and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit proficiency in cloud computing and data processing technologies ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills crucial for troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience showcasing a solid foundation in technical and domain skills.
