Job Summary
As a Sr. Consultant specializing in Requirement Lifecycle Management you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will leverage your extensive experience to drive impactful solutions that align with business objectives enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop comprehensive requirement documentation to facilitate clear communication and understanding among stakeholders
- Implement best practices in requirement lifecycle management to optimize project delivery and outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate project progress identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Provide expert guidance on requirement management tools and techniques to enhance team productivity
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and consensus on project objectives
- Oversee the validation and verification of requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance requirement management processes and methodologies
- Utilize data analytics to assess requirement trends and inform strategic decision-making
- Support the development of training materials and resources to upskill team members in requirement lifecycle management
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing among team members
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in requirement lifecycle management with over 12 years of experience
- Demonstrate expertise in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices
- Exhibit proficiency in requirement management tools and software enhancing project efficiency
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications being a plus
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective stakeholder engagement
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery showcasing leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification in requirement management.
