Job Summary
As a Test Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data analytics solutions. With your expertise in Snowflake TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI you will lead testing efforts to optimize performance and accuracy. Responsibilities
Lead the testing strategy for data analytics solutions ensuring robust performance and accuracy.Oversee the development and execution of test plans for Snowflake TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI platforms.Provide guidance to the testing team fostering a collaborative environment to achieve testing goals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Develop automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.Monitor testing progress and report findings to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and optimize system performance.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and outcomes.Utilize domain expertise in Research and Development to tailor testing strategies to specific project needs.Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members on testing tools and techniques.Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring high-quality data solutions that impact societal advancements.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Snowflake TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI with a proven track record in testing.Demonstrate experience in Research and Development domain applying insights to testing strategies.Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret test results and drive improvements.Show proficiency in developing automated testing frameworks and tools.Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in testing roles with leadership capabilities.Adapt to hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
