Job Summary : The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a pivotal role in optimizing laboratory information management systems (LIMS) within our organization. With a focus on Labware LIMS configuration this position requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of experience. The role involves hybrid work model with day shifts ensuring seamless integration and functionality of LIMS to enhance operational efficiency. 3. Experience : 8 - 10 years 4. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for LIMS configuration. - Design and implement Labware LIMS solutions that align with organizational goals and industry standards. - Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing Labware LIMS to meet specific laboratory needs. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the LIMS system through rigorous testing and validation processes. - Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS configurations processes and procedures to support ongoing operations. - Train and support end-users in utilizing Labware LIMS effectively enhancing their productivity and satisfaction. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. - Work closely with IT teams to integrate LIMS with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in LIMS technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders for system enhancements. - Provide strategic recommendations to management on LIMS best practices and future developments. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all LIMS configurations and operations. Qualifications - - Possess a strong background in Labware LIMS configuration with proven experience in system customization. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. - Exhibit proficiency in data management and validation techniques to ensure system accuracy. - Have a solid understanding of laboratory workflows and processes to tailor LIMS solutions effectively. - Show ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. - Display experience in hybrid work environments balancing remote and onsite responsibilities efficiently. - Bring knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to laboratory information management systems. 9.
