The role involves hybrid work model with day shifts ensuring seamless integration and functionality of LIMS to enhance operational efficiency. 3. Experience : 8 - 10 years 4. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for LIMS configuration. - Design and implement Labware LIMS solutions that align with organizational goals and industry standards. - Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing Labware LIMS to meet specific laboratory needs. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the LIMS system through rigorous testing and validation processes. - Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS configurations processes and procedures to support ongoing operations. - Train and support end-users in utilizing Labware LIMS effectively enhancing their productivity and satisfaction. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. - Work closely with IT teams to integrate LIMS with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in LIMS technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders for system enhancements. - Provide strategic recommendations to management on LIMS best practices and future developments. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all LIMS configurations and operations.
